First Contact

We are happy to discuss your needs and initially all that we need to do is ascertain what your requirements are. We will discuss briefly your financial situation and how much you wish to borrow.

Our Advice

Once we know a little about your needs we can start the process of matching your requirements with a suitable Lender. We will email you details of suitable deals for you to read at your leisure. Complex cases may require more research and we may need to contact you to request further information to enable us to assist.

What Happens Next

When you are happy to proceed we will email you the relevant paperwork and request any supporting documents as required by the chosen lender.

We will process your application and deal with the Lender direct throughout the whole process keeping you updated along the way. We intend to keep this process as stress free as possible.

Completion

When your mortgage is approved we will check your mortgage offer and liaise with your solicitor to ensure that a smooth completion takes place and or course we are always here to answer any questions that you may have.
